TRAIL: Greenway Walk rated 1.  Suitable for strollers and wheelchairs.  Mostly on peaceful, paved paths along the south fork of the New River.  Enjoy secluded nature trail just minutes from the town activity.  Optional 1km extension to qualify for Cemetery Stroll Special Program.

HOW TO GET THERE: From 1-77 Exit 73 or Wilkesboro follow US421 to US221/321/105.  Left on US221/105 Extension to US221/321 South (Blowing Rock Rd.).  Left on Blowing Rock Rd. about 1 mile to Boone Heights Dr.  Visitor Center is on the right side of the road, at edge of K-Mart shopping center at light.
