Our club has 25 Year Round Events located throughout the state of North Carolina. They are listed by regions to make it easier to locate them.

We have three walks on the Outer Banks. All feature lighthouses and have portions on the beach. There are alternate routes for those not wanting to walk on the beach or during rough water. They are at Corolla on the northern Outer Banks, Buxton in the Cape Hatteras area, and on Ocracoke Island. Ocracoke Island can only be reached by ferry.

There are six walks along the coast on the mainland and one in the sandhills. Mainland walks include Elizabeth City, New Bern, Morehead City, Beaufort, Pine Knoll Shores, and Swansboro. The sandhills walk is on Fort Bragg, near Fayetteville.

In this region, we host two walks in both Greensboro and High Point. Additional walks are in Burlington and the North Carolina Zoo, near Asheboro.

There are four walks in this region. Three are in Winston-Salem and one is in Mount Airy, the city that Mayberry was patterned after.

We have five walks in the western portion of North Carolina. In the foothills are the walks in Hickory and Elkin. There are three walks in the mountains on or near the Blue Ridge Parkway. Two walks in Blowing Rock both go onto the Parkway. The walk in Boone is about nine miles from the Parkway. A walk in Doughton Park is also listed since it is also on the Parkway.
