AMTRAK 4, A Trip to Charlotte
On November 10, 2007, we took a trip on AMTRAK to Charlotte. Ten of us go on the train at various points. When we arrived in Charlotte, we were met by the Metrolina Walkers, the Charlotte AVA Club. The walk route was modified to include the distance from the start point downtown to the station. We walked to the downtown where our group split up. Some did the second Charlotte walk and others spent the afternoon exploring downtown Charlotte. At 4 PM, we met at the library and walked back to the station and the train.
